Looks as you do not have a hosting account linked to the forum account you are currently using. If you were inactive for a longer period it may have been terminated as an inactive account. To find out for sure what did happen, we'll need to know what your cPanel user name is/was.

There's nothing to resolve really. You were caught having illegal content in your account (nulled scripts) which is a break of TOS. Further more this offense is part of the zero tolerance policy so the suspension will not be revocable.
