yes, you need to login to the forums regularly. Recently the two week rule were extended to 31 days though. logins to cPanel does not count in regards of activity in this case and neither does logins to your account panel.

what punk meant to say is that paid hosting does not have the same resource limitations as free does so it is very unlikely to get your account suspended for that on premium. (it would need to use very extreme amounts to get suspended there)

Your account were already suspended on Oct. 24, just logging into the forums would not have brought it back from suspension. Logging into account panel and requesting it to be unsuspended is always necessary to clear a suspension (or requesting it through a support thread depending on reason)...
