since all browsers have the option to view source I think that there's no way to prevent the template to be copied. suppose making a flash site would do the trick though, but I doubt that is a good choice at all times.

if you use the remember me each visit is still considered a "log in". You'd have to stay on for a couple minutes though to be sure that the visit has been logged properly (manual login/logout does put it in the log directly) once every two weeks is the time limit you need to stay within.
