you're probably not gonna find the error through looking at the theme files, it is by viewing the actual output, ie the parsed page you can find unlcosed tags (they might be closed properly when one condition is true, but not when the condition is false, or wise versa) The problem could also be...

sounds to me that it is a theme issue as previous poster also seem to suspect, an upgrade of version would not help in that case.

The issue is not yet resolved, I still have the same error in wordpress. I got a reply from Akismet support, x10 is NOT blocked their end, the issue is most likely "our" end. The reply I got:

I think the text get a bit messy that way... would be better if it was solid orange, and not the outline only the example was more to show a smaller, more compact logo, but still filling out the area pretty well

the domain I have is annas-playground.info btw, the loggo is better, but it overflowed the width if the forumsapce (the white area) for me until I maxed the browser, and I do have a fairly high resolution, though part of the screen is devoted to vista sidebar)

I saw another thread as well about the issue, so I went to check how it was on my blogs, and connection can't be made, the key is valid, as you can see it's recognized as previously validated, so the issue is connecting. It did work when I last looked previously to seeing the issue reported...

yes, they are not full translations with correct grammars, but I've so far found them to work rather well for my language when testing (swedish -> english and english -> swedish)
