Yes, that is correct. As I said in my first reply an addon domain is essentially an alias for a subdomain. That subdomain is created automatically when an addon domain is added to the account and can not be removed. It is how cPanel handles addon domains.

Make sure you're not behind a firewall that blocks port 2083 (that's what cpanel uses). Workplaces and schools commonly block ports that are not needed to do the work given to you.

The answer is: If you have a custom domain you do it at your registrar. If you use one of our free subdomains you can't, and you should use the cloudflare addon in cPanel which would sort that part out for you.

We're looking into this. It appears they blocked the entire IP range, and although the actual IP used for ns2.x10hosting.com is NOT the cause of it, they simply block us for being in that IP range.
