Log in to the admin interface of your script, check what domain it is set up to be using. Make sure it is set to use your TLD

After review we decided to deny the account space upgrade, since the site is effectively used for file hosting which is not allowed per our ToS. Although the files are made available for download it doesn't qualify as a proper site, since the downloads were the only content on the site.

It would not be possible as it would have to be installed as a service on the actual server, you could do it on a VPS technically, but as I heard it is rather resource intensive so a dedicated server is probably best to ensure smooth functionality.
