I currently see that domain as currently being your main domain. You can not park your main domain, as it can only be added to your account in one place.

I just transferred your account, you should see a ticket about that in your account panel. If you have any questions, just reply to that ticket in there for fastest handling.

That would be because you changed file perms on the public_html folder. I have corrected that.

That won't help in your case though, your account is permanently suspended for having warez (nulled vBulletin is illegal). All access including the ability to take backups has been blocked for your account.
