You can't retrieve it. Suspension reason is mass e-mail script, which is a zero tolerance violation of the TOS. Suspension is permanent.

I have sorted this now. I'd recommend that you update the password, there was something odd about how it was stored on the server, which likely is the reason behind unsuspension failing.

are you saying you can not login to the account panel with your forum user name? Length of user name would not be a problem there. You should also be able to login to the account panel using your contact e-mail as user name. There's no option to change forum or hosting user names. The home...

As I suspected, our ongoing maintenance does cause the creation process to be a bit slower then normally. The queue is at least moving.
