Hello, Chopin seem to have a problem with apache, I have alerted an admin. I don't want to go break transfers by restarting something unnecessarily as I'm sure a restart in the middle of a transfer would be bad. It is possible that the issues with apache is caused by the transfers.

Of course the files you share, needs to be yours to distribute (or you need to have permission to do if from the owner/creator). As long as it's not only about sharing/storing files it'll be just fine.

I have checked, and the account fen is indeed one of the ones missing from the new server, which would be why you can't login, http://chopin.x10hosting.com does point to the new server.

I'm sorry but I don't think that is possible as the server can not point your domain elsewhere until your account is actually back on that server.

when entering the domain mywebsite.com the folder mywebsite.com is root for that domain. Php files can be placed outside of that root as they are accessed server side. css however is accessed by the end users browser, which can not read anything outside of the root folder for that domain.
