It is as livewire and xav0989 says, we disallow linking to warez as well, this is why your site got suspended. And since we have a zero tolerance policy on such breach of TOS, there's no unsuspension in this case.

Suspension is for inactivity, meaning you did not login to the forums (here) for two weeks. Normally you'd be able to unsuspend yourself in this case. I have unsuspended you and you should be able to access your account and site within an hour.
