as zen-r says, a basic index file is enough to avoid suspension, even if it only says under consruction or something. Also you still need to log in to the forums at least once every two weeks.

I don't think you can change the user name, but you can change the domain through account management panel, the domain don't have to be related to the nick you are using.

when you signed up you did get to chose your cPanel name and password. I can tell that your cPanel name is mkcity. Have you configured your co.cc domain over at co.cc? The domain I can see is set as your main domain shows as available on co.cc when I enter it into my browser.

pending creation does indeed mean it is not yet created. Usually the creating is fast, matter of about 10 minutes or so, from the point where you confirmed your email. You need to set up the name servers only as far as I know, I have personally not used co.cc domains. x10hostings name servers...

There's some PHP functions that currently are disabled for security. When everything else is sorted they will be brought back, and if you had access to the function before the work of moving accounts started, you should gain that access back at that point.
