i messed up with ftp and can't create admin email address...where can i ask for help?

i asked x10hosting for my account to be deleted as i messed up with ftp and couldn't create admin email address..generally it takes 72 hrs(as said in website)but today(just 10 hrs has been passed) when i type my site it shows up account comming soon..what does it mean either they have fixed my...
