About external mail clients not synchronizing

I've been in x10 hosting almost 2 years ago and I'm happy with your service until 2 months ago.

I was planning to open an online store for handcrafted things, having working email accounts for that store is very important, then a email problem in many x10hosting free servers solved later became in e-mail accounts not synchronizing with mail clients. I'm not always able to enter webmail and because that I was using mail clients in Windows and android but now I can't use that service.

I opened a thread in this forum asking for help but any member of staff answered then and I've noticed another threads about this issue have been ignored for staff.

I'm not sure if this is happening with all free hosting accounts but in mine and for other people this is happening.

I'm wondering if IMAP mail synchronized with mail clients is not supported anymore for free hosting accounts or this is a issue you are working on.

I was planning to upgrade my account to prime once my shop was fully setup but i'm not able to set up totally if my emails accounts aren't syncronizing with my email clients. If I upgrade to prime I will be able to syncronize my email with clients?

Hope staff members see this thread and solve my queries.

Can you tell me what's the exact URL you try to reach when you want to access webmail ?

I was using mail clients in Windows and android but now I can't use that service

Can you tell me the name of software you use on both ?

Do you have any error message when/after you try to login and fail ?


You have to know, in major time, an mail service issue is most probably due to a wrong configuration on you're side, from client, browser or network. And it's possible it's not from you're side

Sorry for not explain that. I'm not always able to use webmail because I'm doing another things and it's more practical use a email client that show me a notification when i receive a new mail.

In android I'm using Magiccloud. in windows I'm using Windows 8 metro mail app.
Perviously i had configured my emails in windows 8 app but after mail error weeks ago my app was not syncronizing anymore.

It's working fine in Windows 8 metro mail app, this issue is solved now. Thank you Leafypiggy.
