My last login was on April 3th, 2021 and when I logged in yesterday on May 4th and again today, I got this error when trying to access cPanel (clicking on the "Open cPanel" button):

I was able to login to my hosting account but CANNOT open cPanel to access the File Manager or to do anything else for that matter. My site (losthorizon.x10.mx) however is up and running fine.

Hi @ripplema and @a2bredx1. You both should open your own tickets about this issue. I did the same as you, tagging on to someone elses, and the forum moderator told me to open my own.

I log in regularly to keep my free account and last month I could not log in, this is now changed to this new error. Someone suggested the forum moderator said I open a new ticket. Can this problem resolve itself, I log in regularly and do not think I was ever a suspended issue.

How do I clear the cache? some have suggested this may help?
how can I log in to Cpanel using DirectAdmin.

Thanks for your amazing service, I have used 10hosting for many years so far.

I have a couple of problems at the moment:

1. After I login and try to access cPanel I get the following error:

2. For a long time I haven't been able to use the direct ftp, it seems that I cannot login there. I did post here long time ago about this issue but was never resolved.

trying to sign in in DirectAdmin sends me into a loop of getting the login form again and again.

FTP (filezilla) gives: "421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry".

The website is off with a CONNECTION TIMEOUT.
