Hi,

When I try to access the webpage, the message “Unable to connect to the server” appears. My website is hosted on the X12 server.

Thanks for the great work.

@garrettroyce,
@Anna

I cannot access cpanel through: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

I get the message:
"Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"

I have tried: https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/

in this case I cannot even sign on. I get the message: "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again."

I have tried: https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/

In this case I don't even get a logon prompt. I get the error: "This site can’t be reached"

I can access my site through FTP. I have recently (last week) logged on and accessed cpanel so I don't think it is account suspension due to inactivity.

Please check if it is due to an account issue, ip blacklist or other cause.

Thank you

I cannot connect to my domain and when trying to log in to X10, I am unable to connect to the backend on X12.

https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN

This site can’t be reached
x12.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

So... since the outage page says everything is good, I came here to see if there's an issue I need to know about?

Likewise, same issue. CloudFlare (site proxy via Railgun, I believe) tells me the connection from CloudFlare to the web host (on X12) has an error (Error 524, timeout). I also get a timeout when trying to open DirectAdmin (https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN), the Firefox error for which says:
"The server at x12.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond."

In any case, my website and DirectAdmin are inaccessible currently.

After successfully logging in, I cannot access the CPanel. I saw lots of similar threads, but I haven't been able to find instructions about how to solve it by myself.
Please be patient if this has been already answered...
Thanks!

At least I'm not the only one. Thanks for letting me know.

I noticed my x10host.com site wasn't responding over 12 hours ago.

I tried logging into my x10hosting.com account, and though I was able to successfully login, I got the following error when clicking on the "Open cPanel" button:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

I tried accessing x12.x10hosting.com via FTP, but it refused the connect, stating that something like 41k others were already eating up all the connections.

I gave it the night and tried to access it again this morning, and all 3 methods above are now timing out (accessing site via http, opening cPanel, and trying to connect via ftp).

I've been accessing my account regularly, and everything was working yesterday afternoon. Any ideas as to what's going on and if there's anything I should be doing to help resolve the issue?

Cpanel was replaced by DirectAdmin for all free account users.
because this forum is about members helping other members,
please provide more information so others can try to help you.
otherwise you may have long waits for support staff to reply.

you should only try logging on to the server your account is on.
If you can log on using the x15 link then your account is on x15 server.
Do not try logging on to x11 or x12 and so on.

more information can be helpful such as your website url.
if you know what server your account is on, that would help.
if you use x12 see this post

I have seen these threads and on most of then it says not to piggy back but to start your own thread.

I tried using the alternate link to log in, but the credentials I use to log into sso page never works on the alt link.
