When I try to open c-panel by clicking the button next to my account info, I see this error:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

-----------------------------------------------------------
This has been happening for at least a week. I realise you are changing from c-panel to another service. My account was probably suspended because I haven't used it for a few months. I was just about to get another site up and running. I don't need to recover anything from before. I'd be happy to start over from scratch.

Thank you so much. You're providing an amazing service and I definitely appreciate the size of the job of migrating to a new service.

An admin is probably going to have to sort your account out. Your last valid login was November of 2019.

Hi,

I tried clearing the cache - it still didn't work.
I am able to get in with DirectAdmin.

Thanks

Due to the automated suspension/terminations being halted we did run a manual purge in early March 2020 (it was started the 4th) and since your account did not have any logins the the 60 days prior to the purge it was terminated as inactive.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

I am receiving this same error: sign-in successful and I can not open Cpanel and retry. I log in once a month to keep my free account. Last month I could not log in at all, I think the sign-in page was not responding.

I cannot get into CPANEL again.

I get the same error as before:
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

It worked a week ago after you fixed it.
I can still get in with Direct Admin
Thanks.

Hi @ripplema and @a2bredx1. You both should open your own tickets about this issue. I did the same as you, tagging on to someone elses, and the forum moderator told me to open my own.

Hi

I've tried to log in to my account using the usual SSO/login route but I get the following error message:

Sign in successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign-in. Retry

I cleared my cache but that made no difference. I can, however, log in if I use https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222.

When I last logged in (on 27 April) there was no problem and the website itself is working exactly as it should.

I would be grateful if somebody could help me sort this out. Many thanks!

to all the people posting
I have same problem
on this thread, you need to start a new post with your own issue.
see the post support guidelines.

staff does not always reply to posts that have already been answered.
which is why it is best to create your own post and wait for a reply.

remember the forums are based on members helping other members.
and staff does not always answer old posts or ones already answered.
