I am logging in and then I am not able to open Cpanel and get the error message

I log in regularly to keep my free account and last month I could not log in, this is now changed to this new error. Someone suggested the forum moderator said I open a new ticket. Can this problem resolve itself, I log in regularly and do not think I was ever a suspended issue.

How do I clear the cache? some have suggested this may help?
how can I log in to Cpanel using DirectAdmin.

I just tried it and I am now able to log in successfully to Cpanel
