I can log in just fine (and yes, I have been logging in at least once per month). However, the cPanel button results in this error: (please advise)

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

I can’t access my backend control panel to edit my website. When clicking on the Open CPanel button, it brings me to a page that says

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

I am able to view the actual website by going to my site URL. I just can’t make changes to it in the backend because of the login error.

Can you please help me with the problem? Thanks in advance.

I just posted this same concern yesterday, as well. It seems the whole system is broken . . . no response, yet!

please keep in mind that these forums are volunteer.
(based on members trying to help other members)
x10 staff only checks posts periodically.
so it can be a while before staff can check this for you.

which server your account is on, x12, x13 etc. ?
it shows on the same page where the cpanel button is.

X10.bz
X10host.com

I’m not able to see anything else besides these extensions, since it won’t “transfer” the sign in as states in the OP’s post.

How would I be able to see (otherwise) the server my account is on?

This is the URL the sign in transfer gets hung up: https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/caf

After you have signed in and the tab for c-Panel appears you will see a tab "Quidk FTP" below your name. Clicking on this tab shows the info you need for FTP, among the info is your server name.

I am managing all accounts (different companies). It looks like this may be a system wide problem from the reports that others are bringing in over the last few days, yes?
