My Files have dissapeared

I would like to know where my files are. Until two weeks ago, i was able to see my web site and the files I had stored in the server. Yesterday I checked my page, and im not able to see it.

Can you help me, please?

Sorry but I’m a little bit annoyed. I must have ready my final degree project in two weeks time and it depends in my website. ¿How much time will you take to fix everything? I need my files back in my file system .

Something I would like to stress is that you shouldn't host something as important as that on free hosting without backups.

I'm not actually seeing an active hosting account linked with your forum account. What is your cPanel username, or was the account terminated?

Yes, I have some backup but not for the last 2 versions. I should have done backup the last time I logged in, It's mostly my fault . I hope I can recover it.

How I know if my account was terminated and that's the problem? I can login with my username proyec36 without any problemas, actually my databases are still there, just my PHP files are missing

I'll ping an admin on this one, because our backend systems says your account was terminated, although it clearly still exists on the actual hosting server. We have backups, just got to check if he can manage to tell our backend it exists still or if we'll have to take a different route to restore the account fully.

Thanks for the informarion, But I'm still not able to see my php files which i saved before the migration.I only see a list of files which I created this saturday. Why is this?
