Need database backup

My database is not working like it should after migration. I knew I needed the backup, but all i kept hearing was there was an issues yesterday. Today that is fixed and my database still not working. Please I need the backup.

There's no hosting account attached to the forum account you are posting, the request needs to come from the proper forum account (applies to all types of support questions).

If you do not know what forum account is attached to the hosting you can see information, and if you wish change the linked forum account, if you login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account as well as give you an option to switch to another existing forum account.

Hello, trying this again since I had to link my account to the forums..

I am requesting a database backup. After migration the database hasn't been working.

I'm still not seeing a hosting account linked to your forum username. The cPanel account you listed is currently linked to lmdeleme.

Lmdeleme Is an old account of mines that I updraded to premium hosting but then downgraded it. I am a little confused my self about it.

My subdomain is wtm.x10.mx

What can i do? create a new forum username, then link my hosting account? I really need this database backup. I do not have two accounts by the way
