Nope. When he decides there's enough, there's enough, and he'll pick the people to fill up said enough when he has enough time.

100 or more, 100 is the bare minimum.

Of course, if you don't think you'd be able to find the time, you probably shouldn't be applying

Hiring staff is an on going process for us, if we don't PM you right away it doesn't mean we threw your application out. By submitting the application it lets us know you want to join and gives us a chance to review your posts and skills on the forum. There is NO set time that we will pick people. You will NOT receive a PM if you are not picked.

Corey had pretty much answered your question in his initial post.
