If you're already on a paid server, probably not. If you think about it, you only really need a VPS if you get loads of traffic, need to install applications or use resource intensive scripts. If you don't need to, stick with one of the standard paid hosting deals.

the servers are unmanaged so as long as the game server doesnt eat up resources or go over your BW limit i don't think there is a problem (not admin so this is not an official response)

Yes they can, as it is on their server, so unmanaged or not, x10 can still get in trouble.

windows servers generally take more memory etc to run so unless you going for one of the higher packages it'll be unwise. I don't believe they would supply the windows as a VPS as standard because it's also not free, (unless you on about using the windows server beta which is unstable). Still if you ask nicely they might do it.
