For premium, there is no shared SSL. You can purchase an additional IP and a SSL certificate and make a private SSL, but no shared SSL is on premium servers.

There is support for SSL on paid, but you need to buy the certificate yourself + $1 for your own IP (when you order).
A SSL certificate costs around $100 - $400 per year. The cheapest I could find was $100/year from commodo

The static plan is for people who want to host a small website and want the premium features like support and better server uptime and please try to spell out words when you post and if you keep trashing x10 you will get no where. As for your premium account specs the advanced plan has all your looking for and a bit more. A backup is made every 6 hours and you can have 5 parked domains in addition to you main one. As for the ssl as has been said you can get shared which uses x10s ticket instead of yours. The reason a ssl certification costs so much is that the issuer has to chek that your connection is secure is issue their guarantee. As for the ddos protection i beleve that all the x10 servers has this protection enabled for security reasons.
