While I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, you are not the only one that was affected by this, and you're being quite selfish by suggesting that we should fix all of your problems immediately, when other people have been waiting just as long, if not longer, for their sites to be restored.

You have almost 1G of backups, which is strictly against our terms of service, and is classified as file hosting.
While we're sorry to see you go if that's what you choose to do, we're not going to stop you.
Oh, and our "Stupid cPanel" is an expensive piece of software that we purchase and provide for our users--not something we create. So maybe instead of bashing us for something we can't control, you could spend the time in a more productive manner... like knitting.
