Still Have Issues with the Cpanel

Log in is the basic not the Cpanel log in
The account is listed as C-Panel x3 but shows C-panel2
When I go to the support are it shows my account as Support Level Free Community Support even though the account is Prime

I'm working on this. Your account is temporarily set to a development theme so I can try and work out this bug. It looks like the theme isn't pulling your account data correctly...

The issue has been identified... it may look like it's working right now but it's just a hacky patch until it's fully fixed...

not quite the support section is fixed, The c-panel log in was working last night but not this morning, Still showing c-panel 2 not 3

I'm not entirely sure where you are seeing this number (2 not 3). Are you referring to the number in the header, next to the "cPanel Accelerated" logo?

The current cPanel version is 11.42.1.16.

cPanel Accelerated "2" is just part of the theme. Just like the theme name is called "x3"
