I enjoyed fireworks for a long time, but any more it seems like work to have to drive somewhere and see a legal display.

Too bad, too. Really enjoyed them when I was a kid and could go to friends' homes out in the country...away from the city...and set them off legally.

Fireworks are fun! We don't have much fireworks in Melbourne, only for very special events, but its always fun watching the fireworks at new year and etc.

The only place fireworks are easy to set of legally are in canberra so we can't use them ourselves. :frown:

My state has fireworks illegal as well, but I believe those trained companies have the state's permission to launch them. It stinks, but it's for our own safety and our neighborhood's safety, so I can see why they're banned.

Anyone heard about the Microsoft update that caused ZoneAlarm to block all Internet traffic. I learnt about it the hard way, but now that ZoneAlarm have released an update everything is working again.

I found out about that 2 days ago. I don't use ZoneAlarm. I use a combination of a custom Linux setup and Windows Firewall.

Is anyone buying the iPhone 3G tomorrow? I am definitely not but I may buy the iPod touch App Store. (To get free and useful apps)
Depends how much money I have left in my iTunes account and how much their price is.

I'm not buying it since I can't use it on Verizon Wireless without extensive hacking to it if anything. AT&A does have 3G service here along with the other carriers, but for my usage, the data caps and the prices are horendous!

Just jailbreak it and insert your old SIM card and you'll be set.

I would do a SIM card trick, but the reason why I didn't mention that as well is because Verizon Wireless doesn't use SIM cards to unlock their phones. I mentions hacking it specifically since their phones use a Software and network layer authentication to connect you.

I am sitting in front of a computer with firefox 1 on it. Everything seems so weird from it. The text marker are blinking like 3 times the normal speed.

Ah I can't wait until I get home from my vacation. I miss the forums .
This keyboard sucks too. Have you ever seen a keyboard with qwertzuiop instead of qwertyuiop? and ? is over , and ! is over 4. and the numbers doesen't go 1234567890 trhey go 0123456789 and to make a ' you need to press shift+1. + there is a turbo button too.

Lol, I had a really bad post count so I decided to do something about it :biggrin:. I think it's got something to do with the fact I moderate two reasonably busy forums now and I've got the forums set up as one of my start tabs in Firefox .
