I've just opened a ticket with Cloudflare about this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience.

The server is up and functioning, however cloudflare is showing the wrong information.

If possible, could you provide the Ray IDs for the 522 pages (they're randomly-generated number/letter sequences)

You can't at this time, however if someone did register before India were blocked they would be allowed to use the account as long as they abide by the ToS.
