    Where is the email being hosted? Did you create a mailing account through the cPanel to be hosted on x10hosting servers? If not, then where ever you are having the email account hosted is the place that you should be asking questions about why it's not working.

    I'm sorry, but where is the "domain name not used" message? The message that you copied and pasted is from the default index.html that's included in all new hosting accounts. You have to delete this index.html and upload your own. You can do this at any time, just like the message said.
