You need to go to the site where you registered your .cz.cc domain. A whois search reveals that your nameservers there are set to ns1.cz.cc and ns2.cz.cc Please set them to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com instead to be able to point that domain to your x10hosting account.

Everytime there has been maintenance or upgrades, things have gone down. It's usually a sure bet that something will be inoperable during upgrades.
