No. You are only allowed one hosting account. A linked account is one forum account and one hosting account linked together. That's why you should log into the account panel with the forum username and password you want linked with your new hosting account.

You need to go to the site where you registered your .cz.cc domain. A whois search reveals that your nameservers there are set to ns1.cz.cc and ns2.cz.cc
Please set them to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com instead to be able to point that domain to your x10hosting account.
Try to sign up again. There are many users that had problems like this, but they were able to try again and succeed in getting the accounts created. Remember to leave your username out of the password you choose.
