There is no hosting account linked with the forum account you post from, I'd need the domain of the account to look into this.

x10host.com is no longer being offered at all, you would need to chose a different domain. There is no "un-terminate" option, once terminated data is removed. It was terminated in July of last year after being suspended for inactivity.

Are you still having problems with recieving emails? I know there was some issue with mailserver a while back, not sure it is related though.
