No, it is a deliberate feature, by having domain creation/adding only in the account panel (x10hosting.com/panel) we can check the domains before allowing them to be added. This stops a lot abuse before it even comes to the server.

It would already be more then that to get blacklisted, the first few times it would only block you temporarily in firewall. We can not change this setting.

To get blacklisted by the server you would need to have had failed logins. Note that failing logins using FTP, or email accounts, for instance would lead to this block as well, not just the DirectAdmin itself, though only after multiple failed attempts.

Given this was a manual suspension, it will not be lifted as it would have been manually confirmed before suspending.
