Just find your files in the file manager and move them to your public_html folder. You shouldn't let other people on your account bacause it is aginsts the ToS.

Try using php files and use this code. <?php include('Menu Bar.html'); ?> and if that doesnt work try renaming the file to Menu_bar.html
