The problem might be the malware that piggy-backed onto your index.php file; open it in cpanel's code editor and look at the bottom. You'll want to fix that part for sure - most antivirus software, including mine, is outright refusing to open the page because of it.

Starka just got rebooted so while data's intact it's going to be offline for a few minutes for emergency maintenance; not sure what required a reboot but something did. Upside is we're aware there's a problem, and we're working to correct it :)
