That's one way, other way: 1) PHPMyAdmin. Select the database. 2) Select the Table. 3) Click "Operations" at the top. 4) Look for "Auto_Increment", which will have a text field after it with a number. 5) Set that number to 1. 6) Click Go. Done, without having to erase/remake the table.

The current hosting setup for free hosting won't work with SSL regardless, although you do have a point that it doesn't require a dedicated IP. The shared cert's we had in the past don't work with our newer setup though; we traded SSL for increased stability.

The 1gb cap isn't permanent; it's resettable to Unmetered (read:no visible limit other than what the server itself can hold) if you're using over 500mb, have had the account for 7+ days (you already meet this one), and have a TOS abiding website.

Both with and without the www work fine here; try clearing your cache and flush DNS.
