IF any 2 crons run within 5 minutes of each other, one will get removed. It doesn't matter how often they run. Also cpanel may be slow when you first load it as it has to query the information, but afterwards it should speed up.

Everything is marked with the permission set 777. Your scripts "need" to be 755 or 555. If they are marked 777 or any other permission set that lets others write to the files, it will not execute the file.
