1) Find a chat that uses less memory and CPU. 2) Go into the code and find out whats causing the problem. 3) Tell less people to use your site. 4) Upgrade to paid hosting. This is the best option as you have less restrictions.

Ok, Updated the first post again. I am pretty sure its at a finished state. It collects all the vars I need and puts to post once stage 4 is completed. On stage 5 I can call a php class to insert it into the database.
