Just delete the index.html file from the public_html directory.
(To see your WordPress blog at the moment you have to type /index.php into the address bar.)
What you want is possible.
First you must buy the domain you want, then you must change the NameServers to the x10Hosting name servers which are:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
Then you need to login to the AMP (http://x10hosting.com/login) and set the domain name as your primary domain...
I can't give you any details but I can tell you that the Admins will fix it as soon as possible.
It is possible that there is a user abusing the server which is causing the problem.
We do not support moving accounts between servers. But if you want you could purchase one of our paid plans, these have much better uptime.

On the MySQL Databases page in cPanel there is a section called "Add User To Database" use this to added the correct MySQL user to the database. It'll then ask you to set the permissions (Just tick "All Privileges").
