Did you link the MySQL user and the MySQL database together and set the permissions for the user? (Can be done in cPanel).

The server's are not always down. They have just been having some problems recently. If you want really reliable server's I recommend you upgrade to one of our paid plans.

That is not the correct way to request support. DNS is disabled on all the free servers because it is not needed (DNS is managed by one of the other servers.)

I will try to contact one of the senior staff to see if they can fix it. It seem that some of the servers are having a bad day. Please be patient.

Absolut (The Server your account is on) has been having some problems. It is now back up. So your site should be working.
