The slowness is in the time it takes cPanel to create all the entries per account, the transfer of the files and such aren't a problem. -Corey

Like some people have stated, we guarantee 10Mbit but like most of the resources on the VPS it is burstable to 100Mbit and most of the time you will get higher than 10.

Hi ArtTd, Thank you for your suggestions. We'll be launching a new account panel and sign-up process hopefully next month. We will be integrating logins for the account panel, cpanel, and forums all together which should make it much less confusing for users and hopefully more user friendly...

Make sure you are using "localhost" for the database server. This is the global setting for all of our servers, even ones that use a remote mysql server. Changing your host to "localhost" should resolve any connection issues.

Free hosting is not supposed to be a trial at all, it has limited features compared to premium hosting. They are two completely separate services and have nothing to do with each other besides that they're under the same company.
