Once we're able to update cPanel to .25 successfully it will use PMA 3.0 at least. Unfortunately trying to upgrade PMA manually in the past has caused a lot of problems due to the heavy integration into cPanel so we do have to wait until we're able to upgrade.

We're still at 5.2.x, I'm not sure when we'll be upgrading to 5.3

We currently only create backups once per month for free accounts, if you signed up in December we would not have a backup available yet. We do backup databases every day though.

Alternatively you can upload the dump to your account and let us know the location and the database it's supposed to go into. An admin would have to do it though so you would have to be patient.

Hello, For some reason Softaculous is only erroring on this one account, I have not found the reason yet. Alternatively I can re-create the account to see if that fixes it but it will wipe out anything currently on it. You could also install manually as gsonline pointed out above.
