did you set http://trimtack.co.uk as your primary domain, or as an addon domain? edit: it looks like the dns isn't resolving to the x10 servers. did you recently change the nameservers? if so it can take up to 72 hours for the change to take effect

the free servers don't have any backup systems for the end user. the only one in place is incase the server catches on fire or somthing
