    Suspension

Yes, that file was. photo.htm isn't though and that's why this is permanent. We cannot remove the suspension for any reason as phishing is a zero tolerance violation of our terms of service - there is no legitimate reason to have that page, much less upload it to our services for any reason.

Scratch everything I just said and check hre instead: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/520237/how-do-i-expire-a-php-session-after-30-minutes Someone did a way over-the-top explanation of why I'm wrong :P

Setting a 5 minute session expire time

From what I can tell, the cookie tells the server what your session ID is. Without the cookie (because it expired), the server can't find your session and treats you as logged out. That's about it in a nutshell, cause if there's no session ID for the client to give the server, the server just...

no images displaying on my website

The problem is the permissions, as far as I can tell. They appear to be 600 when they should be 644, since 600 and a few others close to it basically mean "the owner can do what he wants, but no one else can do anything." And since when accessing an image it doesn't run that part as though...

    Unsuspension

I love how we're going back and forth here, so we're instating a permanent vacation since you don't get that you are -not- getting anything back, period. But to counter your point, there is more than 1 way to view the file. I verified it's presence on the server and navigated to it directly...

We have a legal obligation to investigate any potential breach of our terms of service. The file was accessed via HTTP like normal, as the file was public, not password protected in any way. Upon discovering that its contents were the runescape private server cache, you were permanently...

Once all access to an account is revoked under a permanent suspension like this one, we cannot permit access, even to get backups. Per the TOS you agreed to, they were your responsibility - if you didn't have them before, it's too late.

    Unsuspension

Not on our hosting as the runescape private server client is an illegally modified version of the real Runescape client, and in accordance with their TOS amounts to stolen property, which we classify as Warez and Copyright Infringement. Whether it connected to a server or not, it shouldn'tve...

    Can not contact x10.mx supports

Was that sent to support[@]x10premium.com or one of the x10.mx emails, cause the way I read your message you sent it to someone on x10.mx, which isn't the right email for premium.

    Having problems starting my site...

Both work, just personal preference and sometimes the configuration of the system you're using. In x10's case, both are set up to tell the browser to prepare for HTML content, so it works just fine :)

Setting a 5 minute session expire time

Can make it easier if you do session_set_cookie_params: http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.session-set-cookie-params.php Upshot is the very first parameter is how many seconds said cookie should last before expiring, which is pretty much exactly what you wanted :) A note here is when it...

    account suspension

Problem is on this one it looks like the account was locked down by staff and isn't one we can retrieve more information on. To manage to get suspended by them is a rather big feat to be honest - if they suspended it (which they did), they found something blatantly against the terms of service...
