The app you installed is two-fold for problems. One, you've got an illegal runescape private server client. Two, you installed a page that looks like the Runescape original page - neither is legal, so you are now permanently suspended.

The problem is the modified client is a violation of Runescape copyright and as such is a permanent irrevocable suspension. You cannot be unsuspended for any reason.
