Are you trying to make them from phpmyadmin or from cpanel? Has to be done from cpanel which may be the issue (not 100% sure though, I can't see database count from the system I have access to).

You don't, what's happened here is you uploaded a site that was not legal. I can see part of the cavalry logger code here, which in its current form is actually part of Facebook. As such, code was stolen from Facebook which isn't legal, which is why you just got permanently suspended.
