Did you read the suspension message at all? High resource usage has nothing to do with disk space or bandwidth. It's is all about CPU and RAM used. When you use an excessive amount for an extended period of time, that's what suspends you.

So far I haven't seen any data loss. Everything should be intact, the problem is just that the servers can't talk to each other like normal, so they can't serve files and can't see the databases. It's still there, it just can't see it.

Anyone whose site is back up: Expect more troubles yet. I hope I'm wrong, but I do know this much, it doesn't look like all 4 are completely back online, so until we get an update that says we're completely in the clear, don't be surprised if a server that was up goes down again. Not sure how...

@henk: Part of the network outage. Starka looks to be working on recovering though, (some files on your account are still showing inaccessible from the SAN, others are up already) so the issue may fix itself as part of this. For the record, unexpected $end means it hit the end of the file...

Just to head off the influx, a user on IRC just reported his site's showing a blank index of. DO NOT PANIC. It looks like the SAN system we just moved to is still unreachable, so the issue is still not completely fixed.

Stop the shouting and read the news. The DC we're at is having a network outage, which would make it extremely difficult to serve pages. The server itself is up, it just can't do anything when the internal network isn't there to talk to.

Probably the same issue; Chopin was moved to a SAN system before, and those files get served via the network. With the network problems, I'm guessing thats what's got it so borked.
