Okay, now I see what the problem is. I thought you had edited the bolded part of the URL https://x10hosting.com/sso/confirm/{{{at_id}}} to hide sensative info. I see that it is how the system is sending out the URL and the { and } are illegal characters. Will try to get an admin on it.

It works for me. If you check the site before it is set up, you will get that page and often your browser will cache it and not go back for a fresh version for awhile. Clear your browser cache and history. Close your browser. Reopen browser and check site.

Again, go to the SMF site and check the documentation or ask on their support forum. Sometimes you can edit a configuration file via cPanel. Sometimes you can edit a database entry via phpMyAdmin.

Go to admin area for the SMF and change the "site URL" (or whatever they call it). SMF uses that to create the links on the forum. The SMF site support forums might help.
