You just set up the site today. It sometimes takes a little while for the DNS information to propagate through the Web. People in one area can see the site while others cannot. It just takes a little time, usually less than 24hrs. Unless, of course, his ISP or country is blocking the site...

What is the exact filename of your home/index file? Index.html is not the same as index.html It should be located in public_html

If you are not from: United States Canada United Kingdom Australia Spain Mexico New Zealand Ireland you cannot sign up for a Free Hosting Account at x10hosting. Period. No exceptions.

Without the actual domain name, no idea.

You should go to your WordPress admin area (via the 10.mx URL) and change the site URL to the .com version so your links etc will be right.
