if you register a domain like at godaddy.com it would be much easyer to get smtp relay. if your hosted with x10 the server that hosts your site is the incomming smtp relay. This is your MX record. DynDns may give you the option to create a mx record but you need a server to run the smtp relay...

I think it would be a good idea to change all your passwords just incase someone hacked it. did you notice a different IP address logged when you logged into the cpanel? Im not sure if there is a FTP log.

Well it seems that email is working on stoli now. inbound and outbound. I have a support ticket still open on this and they have told me that it should be clearing soon so Im just gona leave the ticket open for a few hours and if email is still ok by tonight I will close the ticket...

Well it seems to have resolved it self.. sigh.. thank you for your suggestion tho.. All this with the email outage and this has about burned me out.. Im glad everything is fixed. Hope it stays that way. sorry to come off complaining so much this week.
