Prime wouldn't have done anything to stop the site from going down. Illuminated is an upgrade which would of helped because you're then on a different cluster of free servers which are less crowded and have other benefits as well. If you want to pay more, for a much better quality service...

I can see the same error as you. What are you running on your account? What server are you on?

Are you referring to the domain in your signature, myriad.x10hosting.com? If so, it's up and loading perfectly fine for me. The server I'm on (starka) was down last night, however it's up this morning. If you're on the same server, that would explain why.

Wrong. I've had a premium account with x10 for quite some time and I've got the highest VPS package with them as well. I joined the forum last month, long serving customer with x10 though. Nonetheless, I know the free service can't be compared with Premium & VPS.
