Adding new addon domains adds subdomains. Make sure you delete the subdomain too.

Did you edit your .htaccess file? If no, try adding DirectoryIndex index.html index.php to your .htaccess file.

Their paid servers show 100% uptime on my personal status script, and all free servers are 95%+ uptime. I'm sorry you have issues with connecting to your hosting account, maybe you should try a different hosting company where you might not have the same issues.

The restores are still going on. Last I heard they were at 90% completion. When the restores are complete, the x10Hosting DNS server should point your subdomain to the new server, and you should be able to access your site.

It's actually 90%+ now, so it shouldn't be too much longer.

This issue happens after the domain is removed. It is a known issue. I will escalate this for you.
